REF35 is a 0.68µA Quiescent Current, 6ppm/°C Drift, Ultra Low Power Precision Voltage Reference
The REF35 is a nanopower, low drift, high precision family of reference devices. The REF35 family has a high initial accuracy of ±0.05 % and typically consumes less than 700 nA. Low temperature drift (10 ppm/°C) and long term drift (20 ppm @ 1000 hours) ensure system stability and reliability. Low power consumption combined with high precision specifications for a variety of portable and low current applications.
The REF35 delivers up to 10 mA with 8.5 ppm p-p noise and 30 ppm/mA load regulation. With this feature set, the REF35 creates a powerful low noise high precision power supply for the precision ACPM-7311-TR1 sensor and 12–16b data converter.
The series is fully specified for operation in the temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and operates normally in the temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. Wide temperature for industrial applications.
The REF35 is available in wide output voltage variants from 1.024 V to 5.0 V. The device is available in a space-saving SOT23-6-pin package. For other voltage options, please contact your TI sales representative.
